Body Based Trauma Work Fundamentals is a body-based approach to deal with your personal and collective trauma. Through growing awareness and an observing attitude, you will be guided to develop more safety and growth.

In this 3 times 2 days you will learn the foundation of our being nature which is formed through our primary reflexes, our attachment styles, your resources and your intention and attention abilities, safety and an independent observer attitude which can guide you powerfully through your life.
