The polyvagal theory

Safety can be learned through a better understanding of our Nervous System

Dalai Lama

What helps you to get through stressful situations the most?

Would you like to know how to regulate your Nervous System?

Can you recognize your cues of safety and danger?

Do you know that your “Vagus Nerve” transports a lot of information from your body and organs to your brain and vice versa?

The polyvagal theory has developed by Stephen Porges. The theory gives insights about our behavior/reactions in daily life. We look from all our different bodies (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual) to this model.

In this 2 day live seminar we translate the theory into a practical method. You get an understanding about how your Nervous System is working and reacting. Every human being is unique and has an unique nervous system what has been influenced through your experiences in life.

The Nervous System always wants to protect you, even if you don’t like its expression.
